A205
80 watt into 8 ohm Class AB

AM205
"AM" stands for Amplifier Module.
The AM205 has the same audio signal circuit as the A205.
It has one-third the capacitance of the A205 but lacks a transformer and a bridge rectifier.
All AM modules are designed to draw power from either an external power supply or via connection to another amplifier using the SP Cap Pack and FCF connections.
70 watts into 8 ohms, Class AB.

Individual input level control (volume control) for each channel.
Power ground-to-signal ground disconnect switch to isolate Pin 1 from the power ground. A useful feature for resolving ground loop issues in balanced systems.
